1. Introduction

At Yashovruddhi Urban Multiple Nidhi Limited, we are committed to transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations are processed for deposits, membership fees, or any other payments made to the company.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Members can request cancellation of a deposit or recurring payment within 7 calendar days of making the payment (Cooling-off period).
• Cancellations after 7 days may be considered on a case-by-case basis only under exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, death in family, etc.).
• Once a loan is disbursed or a Fixed Deposit is matured/activated as per company rules, cancellation is generally not permitted.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Full Refund: Eligible within 7 days of payment if no services have been utilized and all documents are in order.
• Partial Refund: Applicable in cases where administrative or processing charges have been incurred.
• Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Payments where membership benefits have already been availed
  • Violations of company rules or terms & conditions
  • Any charges already utilized towards loan processing or administrative fees

4. Refund Process & Timeline

• All valid refund requests will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment source (bank account / UPI / etc.) via PhonePe PG or direct bank transfer.
• PhonePe / Bank refund timelines:
  • UPI / Wallet: 2-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please submit the following:

1. Member ID / Registered Mobile Number
2. Transaction ID / Receipt
3. Reason for cancellation/refund
4. Supporting documents (if applicable)
